Whereas The Veterinary Practice wishes to use the VetRx order bridging service (“Order Bridge”) to automatically transfer their orders to their respective distributor. The fee for this service, for orders transferred to Veterinary Purchasing will be paid by Veterinary Purchasing. Any fees associated with transferring orders to other vendors and/or distributors will be paid for by the Practice unless otherwise stated and will be part of a separate agreement.

To take advantage of the Order Bridge service, The Veterinary Practice will allow VetRx to install the VetRx software on the Practice’s computer system.

VetRx also offers a number of other services linked to client communications and compliance. This agreement does not imply that the Veterinary practice is registering for these services and does not replace any existing or future agreements between VetRx and the Veterinary Practice.
